Paling Fences

Paling fences in your choice of treated pine (eco-wood without arsenic) or hardwood (plantation eucalyptus):

We only use top quality materials including galvanised steel posts, c-section at 125mm wide. These offer greater strength and durability than the 100mm posts used by some fencers.  We dig our posts to a depth of 500mm secured with rapid set concrete for extra strength.

All screws and nails are galvanised steel for greater longevity and weather proofing.

We allow 8.4 palings per meter, All levelled with a spirit level for a quality finish.

We use between 2 and 4 rails depending on the height of the fence for optimum strength.

Paling Fence Options:

• Traditional overlapped or butt-up which allows light to pass through.
• Capping, which not only gives a beautiful finish to your fence but also protects the top from the weather, therefore increasing the life of your fence.
• Lattice is another striking way to finish a paling fence and can add a real feature to your garden or offer that extra special street appeal.

Pat’s fencing also offer the demolishing and removal of your existing fence which will then be mulched/recycled.
